I posted this topic at the Sims3 Site along with the information that we have many other challenges ongoing. I invited them to read our latest issue of the Gazette and get a feel for this site. There is still time to submit your entries. The deadline is Sunday Feb 14th. Since Chinese New Year and Valentines Day land on the same date this year it would be fun to see some couples celebrating Chinese New Year together. 

Hey Oka, I can't get into the forum at the moment (what's new!) but will go there as soon as possible and post a comment. It seems this site is gaining popularity everyday and that's very exciting. I've   posted a link to this site before on the Build-n-Share challenge site when I was participating there.

Allium - Your snapshots are all breathtaking. I have to say my favorite though is the third one down.

This is one of my Sims, Peter Hilaga with her girlfriend celebrating both Valentine's Day and the Chinese New Year in Shang Simla, China. The couple was greeted by the locals, tried their exotic foods and learned more of their culture.

Behind them is the Chinese Restaurant famous for its Nian Gao dishes.

Cuddles - Beautiful photos. I love the tenderness they appear to have for each other. I also really like the pattern on her ghi. Is that pattern in game or where did you find it?

Pogi - Thank you for your submission. I knew your entry would be something spectacular, and you did not disappoint. Truly an amazing photo.

How you got them all to poise without moving before you got the shot is a mystery to me. Great Work! The little fella in the polka dotted shirt reminds me of photos of my husband as a small boy. He still always walks around with a big grin on his face just like that child.

A couple questions for you guys.

Allium - where did you find those asian character earrings, and also the posts with the asian characters on them?

Pogi -  Did you find all of those asian patterns at one sight? If so which one?

Thanks for the links to the earrings Allium. Did you recolor the posts to add the asian characters? Or are those characters already on them in game? If so I never noticed them.
